1. The whole line includes material crystallization and drying system, extruder, melt pump, screen change, cold water tank, haul-off machine, stretching oven, annealing oven, embossing machine, strapping accumulator, winder; 2. According to the customer's requirement, there are MAAG pump and Austria ECON back-flush automatic screen changer for choice; 3. There are two kinds of winder, PLC controlled winder and Mechanical winder, for fully automatic strap, PLC winder is necessary; 4. The strapping accumulator unit is for choice; 5. Electrical parts: We use ABB inverter, Siemens PLC and touch screen, Siemens contactor.

The winding machine adopts Constant Tension Control System, PLC and Touch Screen control, three ways for winding size control, Servo Motor Control System, Automatic Cutting System, Automatic Film Packing System, Automatic Paper Bobbin Exchanging System, Automatic Bobbin Unloading System, Automatic Metering System, Pedal Accelerating System, Wear Resistant Strap Guider. The winding line speed can be 300 meters/min; rewind 5-19mm PP/PET strap. It has light weight, low skew, stable product quality.
