lubricant and release agent

PlasE MR 1001 can be used as lubricant or release agent in the production of products that have incidental food contact. 1.If MR 1001 is applied to the outside surface of PET preforms it reduces scratches to the plastic surfaces occurring during transport and handling to an absolute minimum. 2.It is applied on a die e.g. blown film application reduces the build up during production. 3. Silicone release agent

SR 1103 is a release agent, lubricant, and cleaning agent for spinneret spraying. It reduces contamination on spinnerets, preventing filament breakage and consequent production losses. A highly hydrophobic material with extremely low tackiness, SR 1105 offers an exceptionally long service life. It performs stably at high temperatures up to 330°C for extended periods, suitable for filament production of nylon, polyester, polypropylene, and other polymeric materials. It also works as a low-viscosity lubricant for various looms.

PlasE AR 207 is a wax based anti-rust spray for thermoplastic process molds, tools, bearings, guides, chains, etc, it is also applicable for CNC, textile machine and other metal equipments. PlasE is a proven product for applications including: 1. Injection molds. It does not penetrate into the seams of the mold and can be removed through 5-10 shoots. 2.
