The conference focuses on how to reduce food waste in the fields of production, storage, transportation, processing, consumption, traceable technology, etc., with the theme of “Linking the World, Serving China, Achieving Savings, Protecting the Environment, Green and Healthy Living”. Jointly explore the use of advanced processing and packaging technology, innovative packaging materials and processing methods throughout the industry supply chain to combat food losses and wastage.
